Black & Decker (2005-2006 - maternity leave coverage)
• Comprehensive HRM role in a large company (1850 FTE); 50% downsizing following the corporate transfer of technologies to China.
• Reorganization of HR processes.
• Achieved significant cost savings (1.1 million CZK) in payroll services and security, with an increase in service quality.

WITTE Automotive (2006-2007)
• Comprehensive HRM role in a large automotive manufacturing company (1500 FTE).
• Analysis of current HR processes across the company.
• Personnel and process audit, followed by HR department restructuring.
• Ensured smooth HR operations and implemented the Talent Management Process.
• Successfully filled the HRD position at the end of the project.

TELEFLEX (2011-2012)
• Comprehensive Country HRM role in a large medical devices company (2 production plants in the Czech Republic, 1150 FTE).
• Implemented corporate HR policy after an acquisition.
• Digitalized training process documentation for FDA audit requirements.
• Standardized HR processes across both production plants.
• Supervised the turnover and training of new HR employees.

Wieland Electric (2015)
• Interim HR Management in a large electrical component manufacturing company (480 FTE).
• Reorganized the HR department while performing full HRM duties (Jan-May 2015).
• Analyzed the current remuneration system and designed a new one, including cost modeling and successful implementation.

TENNECO / Monroe Czechia (2016-2017)
• Interim Management and Project Management in a large manufacturing company (330 FTE in CA division, 750 FTE in RP division).
• Prepared and implemented a Talent Management Process at the supervisory level (team leaders and supervisors - 36 people).
• Conducted face-to-face interviews, assessment, and development centers.
